This ecosystem starts with the core product.

Then we have level 1, 2 and 3 add-ons that cater to each persona group. But these add-ons don’t necessarily need to be additional tangible products, they could be services or plug-ins.  For example level 3 add-ons are for the entry level professional who would be more likely to use a plug-in that works with his professional audio software rather than beginner based add-ons. Personas could own a variety of these add-ons and mix and match based on their needs.

So the idea is that this product would transform based on what would most beneficial to each persona.
